Why Verde was hired.
Teagasc partnered with us through an E-Tender process to enhance their nationwide expertise and accelerate their sustainability goals. Our role was to retrofit their facilities to meet ambitious carbon reduction targets and focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
The challenge.
The project required the completion of LED lighting installations across six sites within a tight timeframe of three months. This involved coordinating simultaneous installations and meticulously managing resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
The outcomes.
Successfully installed 7,163 LED luminaires across multiple sites. Achieved a significant annual energy savings of 541,234 kWh, underscoring the project's impact on energy efficiency and sustainability. By delivering on time and exceeding expectations, Verde demonstrated its capability to manage large-scale projects with precision, providing Teagasc with enhanced lighting solutions that support their operational and environmental goals.
