Lakewood Athletic FC was founded in 1981. The club is situated on the West side of Ballincollig, Co Cork.
Lakewood AFC built a brand new All Weather soccer pitch designed and built to FAI/FIFA standards over a 12 week timeline.
Verde LED INVICTUS NOVA 1000W Sports Floodlights were picked for the job as they would deliver the right light to enable the players to play all year round as well as delivering a 60% savings when compared to traditional Metal Halide floodlighting systems.
